When was the marina completed, i.e. what was the official date marking the end of construction and the day when boats were able to dock to the piers?

Kaberneeme Marina underwent complete renovations in 2015. More specifically, the constructor handed the marina over on 30 September 2015.  First boats were able to come in to newly renovated piers of the marina already in July of 2015.
